What Is an EA?
Enrolled Agents (EAs) are the only federally-licensed tax practitioners granted unlimited practice rights to represent taxpayers before the IRS and are authorized to advise, represent, and prepare tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, estates, trusts, and any entities with tax-reporting requirements.

Our Practice
We are a family owned business, founded 30 years ago by Michael Kazemi. Today his daughter, Roxanna Kazemi, runs the day-to-day operations and works alongside Michael during tax seasons.
